Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026. This policy explains what flow-forge collects and how it is used, consistent with India’s DPDP Act and the GDPR.

What we collect

Account data (email, name, hashed password) and the workflow text and rules you create. We log basic usage analytics (page views, feature events) to improve the product.

How we use it

To operate your account, compile and store your flows, process payments, and send service communications. Your workflow text may be sent to a large-language-model provider solely to compile it into rules; it is not used to train third-party models.

Data retention & rights

You may export or delete your flows at any time, and request deletion of your account by emailing us. We delete account data within 30 days of a verified request.

Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions use signed, http-only cookies. Backups are taken daily.
